Dr. Charlotte Hunt is a native of Rocky Mount, NC, and represents the fourth generation of dentists in the Hunt family. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Florida. This unique residency program focuses on comprehensive dental treatment and advanced technology in implant dentistry.
Dr. Hunt realizes the importance of lifelong learning and attends over 100 hours of continuing education every year in order to remain knowledgeable about current topics and techniques in her profession. In addition to her more formal education, Dr. Hunt essentially “grew up” in her parents’ dental practice and continues to expand her knowledge through education at the renowned Pankey Institute and multiple dental study clubs where like-minded dentists learn with and from one another. In turn, she also enjoys sharing her knowledge with students at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry teaching graduates about the joy, happiness, and satisfaction that can be achieved through patient care based on a trusting relationship and clinical excellence.
Dr. Hunt strives to maintain a healthy balance between her personal and professional lives. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, yoga and tennis in the company of family and friends.
