Dr. Charlotte Cappello, formerly Dr. Charlotte Hunt, brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to dental care for individuals and families in Raleigh. A native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Dr. Cappello is a fourth-generation dentist in the Hunt family and has been immersed in dentistry from an early age.
She earned her dental degree from the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Florida. This unique residency program focuses on comprehensive dental care and advanced technology in implant dentistry.
Dr. Cappello is deeply committed to lifelong learning and continually expands her knowledge to provide her patients with the highest standard of care. She completes more than 100 hours of continuing education each year, staying current with advances in dentistry. Her education extends beyond traditional coursework through ongoing study at the renowned Pankey Institute and participation in several dental study clubs, where she collaborates with like-minded dentists to share knowledge, challenge perspectives, and continually refine the art and science of dentistry.
Dr. Cappello enjoys sharing her experience with future dentists and helping students understand the profound satisfaction that comes from combining clinical excellence with genuine, trusting relationships with patients.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Cappello values maintaining a healthy balance between her professional and personal life. She enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
